Questions
Frequently asked.
I coach clients at UNTIL Soho. This state-of-the-art private facility in central London contains treatment rooms and a fully equipped-gym that provide a focused environment for one-to-one sessions.
The initial 90-minute consultation is £169, with no obligation to go further. Programme pricing then depends on which programme you go for based on your needs, goals, and the findings of the initial consultation. All is discussed at the consultation.
No. I work with clients at all fitness levels, including those who haven't trained in years or are dealing with chronic pain. Programmes are built around your current capacity and progress from there.
Bring comfortable training clothes and trainers. The facility has changing rooms and showers, with towels, toiletries and hair dryers provided. All equipment we need for our sessions is provided.
Sessions are typically 60 minutes. Depending on the programme, clients see me at least once or twice per week for coaching sessions. Overall training frequency also depends on the type of programme you are on and takes into account what you can realistically commit to doing on a week to week basis.
Chronic pain is a nervous system issue first and foremost, which is what most practitioners miss. My programmes are built on treating nervous system function from the outset, not just working on the muscles and joints, which is why my clients get lasting results where other interventions have failed. I also provide the rare combination of rehabilitation with strength and physique work in a single structured programme, so you're not stuck choosing between feeling better and looking better.
Yes. Most of my clients have suffered with chronic or recurring back pain for months, years or decades before working with me. The approach addresses the root causes that keep pain cycling back, not just the immediate symptoms.
All coaching is in-person at UNTIL Soho. The hands-on assessment, real-time feedback, and collaborative problem-solving are core to how the programmes work.
